Northern Pacific Resources
Northern Pacific Resources, LLC® was organized on September 1, 2005. The first of a group of three companies, Northern Pacific Resources, LLC® was formed for the purpose of acquiring minerals, oil and gas leases and the exploration of oil and gas in the continental United States and Canada.
As the founding member of Northern Pacific Exploration, LLC™ and Northern Pacific Royalties, LLC™, Northern Pacific Resources, LLC® provides these subsidiaries with access to sources of financing that would otherwise not be available. The company structure also allows the company to take advantage of appropriate new opportunities.
Northern Pacific Exploration
Northern Pacific Exploration, LLC™ was organized as a wholly owned subsidiary of Northern Pacific Resources, LLC® on August 20, 2010.
The company was formed to acquire non-operating working interests in oil and gas properties in the continental United States and Canada. The company is continually engaged in evaluating opportunities that are self generated or that may be acquired from others.
Northern Pacific Royalties
Northern Pacific Royalties, LLC™ was organized as a wholly owned subsidiary of Northern Pacific Resources, LLC® on December 23, 2010.
The company was formed to acquire minerals and royalty interests in the continental United States and Canada. Today, Northern Pacific Royalties, LLC™ holds mineral and royalty interests in the Rockies, the Mid Continent and the Appalachians. The company is aggressively pursuing the acquisition of additional mineral and royalty interests. All of the activities of Northern Pacific Royalties, LLC™ are focused on growing the assets of the company through the acquisition of minerals and royalties from individuals and companies interested in monetizing these types of properties.
